Holes modelling plus Holes manufacturing

The movie presents a CAD/CAM software system for holes design and manufacturing, in AutoCAD environment. The CAD/CAM application is named Hole-Applications. It is composed of 3 software applications: Hole_mod (HOLE_MODelling), Hole_man (HOLE_MANufacturing) and Drill_mod (DRILL_MODelling). The first one (Hole_mod) is destinated to the holes design on parallelipipedic solids in AutoCAD environment. Second one (Hole_man) generates the technological information for the corresponding holes designed with Hole_mod application, and Drill_mod can constructively design special drills for some special holes. The output of Hole-Application software in the NC file, in G code. In abstract, the AutoCAD user can constructively design holes on parallelipipedic solids (27 hole types), can establish the tools, CNC Machine, cooling method, material etc., in order to obtain the corresponding NC file. The NC file is ready to be put on CNC machine for hole processing.
In the first part on the movie (until 7:09) is presented the holes design, and after that the steps followed in order to obtain the NC file for the designed holes.
