In Today's Video, We have a Frigidaire Gallery French Door Refrigerator, In Which the Complaint Was that The Freezer was Working Fine, But the Refrigerator Was Not Working, It was Also GIving an SY EF Error Code, Which Indicates there is a Problem with the Evaporator Fan Motor. After Careful Diagnostic, We Found that The Evaporator Was Covered with Ice, and Was Not Letting the Evaporator Fan Function, Which is the reason for the Error Code. After Defrosting the Evaporator Coils, We tested the Evaporator Fan Motor and It was Working Fine. The Issue was Created Becuse One of the Freezer Shelves was Not Allowing the Freezer Door to Close all the Way, Causing Hot Air to Enter Freezer and Create Condensation.
