Susquehanna Showdown Final Table

Game theory and decision science are integral to our trading, our education, and our culture, and poker is no exception to that.

Over the last six months, students from New York, Chicago, San Francisco, and Susquehanna’s hometown of Philadelphia have been competing for their seat at our #SusquehannaShowdown Final Table.

Tune in at 2pm EST on Saturday, April 5th to watch our finalists compete for the 1st place prize of $10,000, with commentating provided by Maria Ho and a Susquehanna trader. Stick around and you may score some Susquehanna swag, too!


OFFICIAL RULES
1. Eligibility: The 2025 Susquehanna Showdown Poker Tournament Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is only open to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the U.S. or D.C. (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, and all other U.S. territories and possessions) who are (a) currently physically located and residing therein, and (b) at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of the Giveaway.
2. Contest Period: The Giveaway shall take place during the YouTube livestream of the Susquehanna Showdown Poker Tournament hosted by Susquehanna International Group, LLP (together with its affiliates “Susquehanna”) on April 5, 2025 (the “Tournament”).
3. How to Enter: During the YouTube livestream of the Tournament, Susquehanna (or a representative of Susquehanna) will provide specific instructions on how to enter the Giveaway. To enter, participants must email campus@sig.com in accordance with those instructions (i.e., the email must be sent within the time frame and contain such information as directed by Susquehanna in order to be a valid entry). All entries also must comply with YouTube's Community Guidelines (youtube.com/howyoutubeworks/policies/community-gui…. Any entries that do not comply will be disqualified. Participants may only submit one (1) entry for each prize offered during the Giveaway.
4. Winner Selection; Notification of Winners: At least one (1) winner for each prize announced during the Giveaway will be randomly selected from all valid entries submitted by eligible participants. Winners will be notified via email and/or announced during the YouTube livestream of the Tournament. If a winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours following notification, Susquehanna may select an alternate winner.
5. Prizes: Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other substitutions are allowed.
6. Disclaimer: The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with YouTube in any way. By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to release YouTube from any liability related to the Giveaway.
7. General Conditions: This Giveaway is governed by these Official Rules and all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By entering the Giveaway, participants agree and acknowledge to be bound by these Official Rules, as well as the decisions of the Susquehanna, which are final and binding in all respects; to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with the Official Rules; and to indemnify and hold Susquehanna and its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents (collectively, the “Susquehanna Parties”), harmless from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Giveaway or the use of any submitted entry; and to release all rights to bring any claim, action, or proceeding against the Susquehanna Parties in connection with the Giveaway. Susquehanna reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. Any person attempting to defraud or tamper with the Giveaway shall not be eligible to win a prize. If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as originally planned, Susquehanna, in its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway or any portion thereof.
8. Privacy: By entering the contest, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Giveaway. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Susquehanna's Privacy Statement (sig.com/privacy/).
