Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead the engineering team in managing 3D CAD data and deliverables.
Ensure milestone timelines with client coordination.
Participate in client and supplier development meetings.
Create or update 3D models and documents as needed.
Proactively report progress and potential issues.

Qualifications
10+ years of experience (5+ years in exterior parts).
Stamping parts design, body assembly, seal design, and painting.
CAD-based mechanical design and validation.
Design verification (tolerance, CAE, integration).
Digital verification & reporting (clearance, formability, sealing).
Automotive OEM development & simultaneous engineering.
Engineering team leadership & task management.
Quality management (DMDR, QFD, etc.).
