Can I get a mortgage in Portugal as a non resident and with income abroad?

If you have an US, Canada or European passaport you can finance up to 80% of a property in Portugal. It´s just a matter of showing paystubs, Income Tax (Tax Returns) and Credit Report (Equifax or equivalent).
