THE GRIEF TAPE is an experimental short film blending creative nonfiction with a collage of visual ideas on mourning and mortality. Grief is something I’ve unfortunately become very familiar with over the past few years, and I have found myself reflecting on the complex process of confronting mortality as well as memorializing the lives of friends. I sought to leverage the time spent alone this year to go into myself and find a way to accurately convey this very human experience.
