This is a tutorial showing people how to use a text to speech application for voice-overs. Balabolka is a text to speech that allows you to input text and have it read out in a variety of voices with pitch, speed and volume controls. Your text can be saved to an audio file and edited easily. You no longer have to use notepad or worry about using your own voice.
