Turns out, most of what we’re told about fat loss is outdated or just wrong, especially for women. Our bodies are more complex. Hormones, nervous system, gut health, thyroid function—all of it matters. Most of the things we do such as dieting or exercising, following healthy habits, etc. in most cases negatively affect our health and thus our physique goals.
