Booty training! My weakest area are my glutes right now. So, here are a few of the workouts I did today. I'm going to start posting my workouts regularly so make sure to keep checking for updated videos.
So, obvi I didn't preform all reps.. Just wanted you to see what I was doing.
*Wide Stance, straight leg deadlifts 1x warm up. lifted just the bar. 1x15 then 4x12
*Sumo or plié squat. 4x12 with pulse at bottom
*Bulgarian squat, split squat on bench or lunges on bench. 4x12
A lot of times I'll turn these into a Plyo squat. They kill!!!!
