Are you Discouraged and Upset? Here's how to #cope!



It's fast and reliable. I've used it dozens of times to break through the negative barriers of my mind.

It's a simple acronym, S.B.A.M.

It sounds funny, but it works.

S.B.A.M. is

S - top - Stop your feelings of anger, anxiety, etc. Stop Yourself!

B-ecome Aware - Understand, have awareness, you can’t control people or many situations.
If you can’t control it, then you must …

A-ccept it! - Accept what you can’t control. Acknowledge that it happened (Dispassionately), then …

M-ove on!! - You CAN control how you feel about something. You CAN control how you react, how you strategize, plan, and take action. TAKE MASSIVE ACTION!

Again, S.B.A.M. is
STOP
BECOME AWARE
ACCEPT
MOVE ON
