How to Run Faster? | Speed Tips & Improve Running

Running faster comes down to 4 simple facts no matter if your a Sprinter or Marathon runner👇

🏃‍♂️Train for speed more often, with the right intensities, at the correct period in your plan….Simple but always over looked

🔋Rest with intention both between reps and sessions…..this means planning for what type of session you are doing and knowing the effects it’s going to have on your body during and after the session.

🗓️Long term consistency beats short term intensity 9 times out of 10…….you need your body to adapt to the desired stimuli over a controlled period of time and for it to become the new normal…you WILL NOT do this by training speed once or twice here and there …..same principle applies for going too hard all the time, it wont work….know your body, know your zones and plan with your goals and longevity in mind.

🏋️‍♂️ Utilise strength training & plyometrics to unlock your body’s potential…….theres a whole different machine waiting to be unlocked on the other side of strength & plyometrics….Use it!
