A Rover to Mercury

Its my school tech presentation...sorry on FPS drop basically i had to update my games at the same time. For some dumb reason my MC fps goes from 300 to 150 on Bandicam (720p) but on OBS it drops to 10 (720p) 0 (1080p). Any1 tell me Y? :(
