My friend Steve Segal shot this with my Betamax camcorder, circa 1985 or 86 outside my studio in Hollywood. called Roto Effects of America. Roto is for rotoscope, look it up. It's how we put lasers in Star Wars; adding animation to Live Action photography before computers.
