hi guys,

this week i'm bringing you a (birthday) weekend vlog 🦀 i will be taking you with me throughout a chill and summery couple of days in montreal, showing you around the city. it wasn't the craziest, most exciting birthday but that's how i like things to be ☕️

as you may know, july has been a bit of a challenging month so i appreciated having a small moment to reflect and celebrate turning 23 🍃 i want to see this new chapter as a blank page on which i can start again.

in this vlog, i take you to my workouts, work sessions at cafes, and my birthday dinner at a vegan sushi restaurant 🍣 i also share some of my thoughts on turning 23. it's a typical, slightly elevated weekend since i explored montreal and indulged in ice cream and a lot of coffee 🍦
