Here's how to add text-to-speech on Instagram Reels:

Make sure your Instagram app is up-to-date on your mobile for the latest features
Create a new Instagram Reel in the mobile app
Add text to your Instagram Reel
Tap the text you just added to your Reel and choose the "Text-to-Speech" option when the menu pops up
