In 1989 millionaire James Goldstein hired John Lautner to design his office. The interior, located in an ordinary office building, was of amazing quality. After 10 years the office was disassembled and James Goldstein donated his property to the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) . Unfortunately the office is never exhibited and still somewhere waiting in a depot. I hope it will be accesible to the public someday......... With photos found on the internet, several drawings and scale models I made a walkthrough of this brilliant designed office. To preserve the legacy of John Lautner and to enjoy the beauty of his works.
