Today we are going to perform a clean install of Windows Server 2012 R2 . We are goin to create Active Directory Forest and promote my first Domain Controller in the forest.

Requirements for installing 2012 R2 AD DS:

1. Install Windows Server 2012 R2
2. Configure appropriate TCP/IP and DNS server addresses, name of the server and time zones.
3. Add Domain Name System (DNS) role
