In this video, Dr. Khush Cooper of Implematix introduces CPP Implementation Guide: Plan Development Phase, which suggest tools and action steps for Counties/Tribes submitting Comprehensive Prevention Plans (CPP) to the California Department of Social Services CDSS by January 31, 2023.
This guide offers readiness activities and recommended work products, with samples and templates, that are useful to developing the CPP. These tools can prepare Counties and Tribes for successful implementation, as well as build a foundation for communication and implementation efforts in 2023 and beyond.
