My fitness journey started in 2015 but I haven't really made a documentation of my workouts. After more than a year of hiatus in 2022-2023 due to many factors, I decided to make a restart on my fitness journey and thought of starting the documentation process just so I see my progress and have videos to look back later on.
I'm doing the 14 day Back to Basics Challenge by @growingannanasand this is Day 14: Full Body Strong Yoga. Videos posted here are more of raw videos or at least with very minimal edits.
