Hebrews 4:16
Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

I wrote this song the week before a prayer conference was held at my church, Bible Baptist Church of National City, California. I was asked to sing with my kids, but unfortunately not all were “on board” for various reasons - it’s all understandable since they ARE kids and singing in front of people is not always easy - we were also kinda short on time to practice since it was just a busy week. So I decided to sing a solo. I couldn’t find a song to fit my limited range and I couldn’t find one with words I could truly sing and mean it. God laid this verse on my heart and gave me lyrics and a tune that same night. I praise God we have awesome friends who are accomplished musicians at our church. Our choir director accompanied me on the piano beautifully.

God’s grace is amazing. Hope this song blesses and encourages all who hear it.
