Cloud coffee (with liquid nitrogen)

Ordered a 'cloud coffee' from a cafe/restaurant called the Safe Room in Penang, Malaysia. It is an affogato coffee (icecream with espresso poured over) with a twist. It has a light liquid nitrogen formation on top to form the cloud.
