Impossible fight on hardest difficulty in Cyberpunk 2077 with melee build

This is "impossible" because if you stand still next to just one of these NPCs, they will kill you with 2-3 shots. With Cold Blood survivability and constant evasion, it is possible to beat any number of enemies.

Casual cleanup of 6th Street with the same gear I have used from lvl 20 - 28. It is perfectly winnable without using meds but it would take longer.
