IPOPT on steroids: fatrop solver in CasADi

Fatrop is a fresh solver developen by Lander Vanroye and Wilm Decre at KU Leuven.
Exploiting the block dense structure of optimal control problems, it beats IPOPT with easily an order of magnitude.
