What is a strong password!?

A strong password in 2022 means having over 12 characters and using lower case, upper case, numbers and symbols in your password.
The easiest way to generate such passwords is by typing 'password generator' on google. Or you can just wing it.

It's also preferable to use a password manager. This way you'll get randomly generated strong passwords each time and those will be safe guarded in the best possible way.
