I'm here to show you how to set up a customer service growth tool using Many Chat.
1. First thing you need to do is login to ManyChat.
2. Come over on the left-hand side and click on growth tools. You'll see all the growth tools that you have. Now come up to the blue button up and click add new growth tool.
3. Then we're going to scroll down and we're going to click on customer chat.
4. Now you may not have an opt in message pop up. If you don't, you're just going to have to create one. If you have one pop up, you don't like it, you can click edit. You can change the text if you'd like. I'm just going to leave it the same for now.
5. Now you need to select the sequence you need to add them to. So I'm just going to click the example sequence. Click next.
6. Then you can choose what pages to go on. I want to put it on a Facebook page. Just copy and paste the URL. Obviously it doesn't matter. You can put whatever pages you want.
7. Customer chat view. You can click opened or minimized. Minimize will only show the bubble with the messenger logo. The open view will show the whole chat going on.
8. Now you can make the greeting message for logged in users. The greeting text will display what you want it to say. So just say, "Hello, this is Alex Branning." Something like that. I'll just put that for both of them for the sake of the video. You can choose if you want it to be mobile and desktop or just desktop or just mobile.
9. Then all you need to do is click save.
