Mogherini encouraged by EU defence talks

(6 Mar 2017) European Union (EU) foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini on Monday said she is optimistic that the EU could have a "permanent structured cooperation on defence".
She made the statement following a joint meeting with EU foreign and defence ministers in Brussels.
