Data Science for Students

An increasingly more pervasive utility of computing technologies across all industries is the analysis of data. Data Science is a field of study that is growing immensely and in Georgia we are exploring opportunities to introduce data science to students both in a cursory and in an in-depth fashion. Laura Gray has piloted a Data Science course for her students in Gwinnett County and incorporates projects focusing on equity and social justice.
