Program 2 | Create Pivot Based Confluence Show-Me Study

Each day program 2 calculates daily pivots using the classic, Woodies or Camarilla pivot calculations. It then compares these new pivots with those already stored in an array. If the lines are within a user input tolerance the new line is combined with a line already in the array and the thickness of this line increased. Lines in the array with a thickness value greater than another user input are extended to the right. The program gives the option of showing or not showing the current days pivots and the lines stored in the array. The start and end of a day are defined as user inputs as is the open time of the new day.
