The Hungry Ghost Festival in Buddhism

Ghost Month is an important time in Buddhist culture. It's a time to help the lost souls who have passed on fine peace in order to reach enlightenment, especially if they are lost loved ones or ancestors. I decided to make a video talking about this sacred time, how it overlaps and differs from Samhain, and how we all can commemorate this sacred month.
