Riverside Mobile Home Park Demolition

After years of planning, El Paso County Public Works was able to begin demolishing what was left of the Riverside Mobile Home Park in Fountain.

The mobile home park had been a point of concern for the county after Fountain Creek started to erode the cliff where the park stood. Since then, residents have been safely relocated, and now mobile homes are being demolished, and the space will eventually become and open space and trail head.
