Beef Fajitas Rolls - Authentic Beef Fajita Recipe

Fajita (pronounced fa-hi-taas) is a Texan-Mexican American term for small strips of meat cut usually from beef, the most common cut used to make fajitas. According to Oxford Dictionary the word fajita is not known to have appeared in print until 1977. The term Fajita also refers to the method used to cook small strips of beef (or chicken) using mostly stir fry technique.
