ACER's core task is to detect and deter market manipulation and abuse in the EU energy markets.

🕵‍♀️ REMIT is the EU-wide framework for reporting and protecting against wholesale energy market abuse. With the 2024 REMIT reforms, the scope of REMIT is expanded including investigations and enforcement.
