A new setting in the Shopify integration now gives users more control over return management with the ‘Return Location Priority’ option.
You can choose ‘Default Return Location’ to send all returns to a fixed location or select ‘Original’ to have the system automatically route items back to their initial point of origin.
This update streamlines the returns process, improving accuracy and reducing manual adjustments.
