Pork neck 700 g (1.54 lbs)

3 onions
Grainy mustard
2 pickles
Cheese 150 g (5.3 oz)
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise

Garnish:
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
Potatoes
2 tablespoons of sour cream
Water 100 ml (just under 1/2 cup)
1 teaspoon thyme
Salt
Black pepper

Salad:
Salad mix
1 cucumber
1 onion
Parsley
Lemon juice
Olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
