Understanding your profit and loss statement is critical to running a successful Managed Services Business. In today's ramble I talk about what you should be looking for on your Profit and Loss (P&L) to better understand what's going on inside the financial side of your business.

Finance isn't something that most MSPs or Small Businesses in general excel at, especially smaller organizations. Very few folks start an MSP to be finance people. I'll loop back to finance over the course in some future rambles.
