I Fixed My Knotted Hamstrings & Here's How You Can Too

Have you been dealing with a knot in your hamstrings muscle and you can't get it to go away? You keep stretching it every day and it doesn't help?

The stretching may not be helping because your hamstrings may have some fascial adhesion (AKA scar tissue) build up. Fascial adhesions often can't be stretched away. You need to perform myofascial release therapy to make these fascial adhesions go away (and stay away) for good.

In today's video, I demonstrate a myofascial release technique known as a "pin and stretch technique".

Lie on your back and bend the leg of the affected side. Press into the hamstrings muscle and find the knot. Then take a spikey massage ball and press it directly into the knot. Press in and pull down towards the buttocks (you feel pressure but it shouldn't be painful). Next, slowly extend out the knee so that the hamstrings muscle lengthens. Repeat 10-12 times. Try to do it daily for the next several days until you feel that the hamstrings muscle knot has gone away.

Give this hamstrings myofascial release technique a try! After you do, leave me a comment in the comment section down below. I'd love to hear from you!
