Anxious Interviewers Watch This. | Tips From A Facebook Recruiter

I've lost count as to how many people I have interviewed at this point in my career. But it's been a lot. In 2021, with virtual interviews becoming the new gold standard, it can seem even more difficult to create a connection during an interview. Often times, I speak to great candidates that are clearly and understandably very nervous. In this video, I go through the process that I use with some of my clients to help with nervous and doubtful energy during the interview.

This video admittedly is a bit more "woo woo" than I normally share. Still the process that I demonstrate is powerful and I have used it successfully in many different interviews.
