On the video 105 standard pulley look so bad when I spin it, it's my fault because I spin it without the pin. 105 Standard Pulley is quite good for the standard pulley, but Ceramic Bearing is far better.

update :
One of my friend use cheap ceramic bearing pulley wheel (china product), I don't know how but it broke after ride 1000km++ and the problem is..... it's also damage the RD cage, so he has to change the cage. His badluck?

Better if we spent more money at first for safety.
It looks like pricey, but actually it's saving more because its durability.
No matter the brand is, but please be safety and look for the best quality.
