Why Some Games FAIL By Being Free

For games like Fortnite, Valorant, League of Legends, and Apex Legends, being Free 2 Play has given them a long-standing user base.

For others, going F2P too early takes away their return on investment, and when users leave faster than expected, you have nothing to show for it.
