DFT study of adsorption of toxic gases on Pd decorated germanene

In this presentation we study the adsorption of H2S, NH3, NO2, and SO2 on Pd functionalized germanene, indicating its capacity for sensing four gases. Also, we investigated the electronic properties of the formed complexes and the role of palladium in the interaction between germanene and molecules.
