BCG STRATEGY CONSULTING | DATA ANALYSIS TASK 2 PART 2

This is the final part of Task 2 for BCG Strategy Consulting VI. The aim of this video was to forecast the financials of a telecom company with and with out the introduction of handset leasing.

Important things to note. Forecasting the Company X's financials without handset leasing was done with the calculated Industry Average, not the averages taken from Company B (which did not have handset leasing).

However, the handset leasing forecast for Company X was done using the Company A averages, which reflect trends when handset leasing was implemented.
