This camera is located in Tasman, Nelson Region, New Zealand. It is pointing South and shows everything that happens in real time! (minus the 10sec YouTube delay)
Maybe you will see a few meteors.. or a few hundred satellites - whatever is happening it is always different!

The best nights are clear and moonless. If the solar activity is high at that time we can also get some beautiful colours and beams.

We stream at 4K/2160p so for best viewing quality make sure to set your video to the highest resolution! (Settings cog -- quality -- 2160p if available)

Note: for night footage we have it set to a slower shutter speed bringing out the colours as opposed to black and white IR footage.
This means that when the moon is between quarter--full--quarter, the nights look like daytime.
