The Windows Home edition does not come with the ability to accept incoming Remote Desktop (RDP) connections. This capability is reserved for the Professional and Enterprise versions of Windows. Also see - Full Guide to Setup Remote Desktop on Windows 11 Home: bit.ly/3Ae0ihQ
You can try and use a tool such as RDP Wrap but it usually takes some tweaking to get it right and you will usually have more luck with Windows 10 than with Windows 11.
There is a program called XP/VS Terminal Server by Thinstuff that you can install to enable RDP connectivity on your Windows Home Edition computer. They have a free trial and also several editions to choose from if you decide you want to use it.
