How to partition hard drive in MacOs Mojave

How to partition hard drive, fusion hard drive or solid state drive using macos mojave. Well the answer to that is disk utility.

For the creation of the partition following steps needs to be followed:

1. Open spotlight search and type disk utility.

2. From the left panel click on the drive you want to partition.

3. Form the top panel click on Partition.

4. A new window will appear and will contain the pie chart.

5. Hit the + button on the button of the pie chart.

6. Resize using pie chart or type inside the textfield of the size on the right side of the pie.

7. Type name in the textfield in left of the pie.

8. Hit Apply then Partition.
