Carrot tops and parsley are in the same family so it really is a nice little bonus. Carrot tops are slightly sweeter than parsley which I find to be preferable, plus they typically come without any plastic packaging.

I store all of my herbs like bouquets of flowers, and most go into the fridge except for basil and mint. I try and store them in a dark and cool corner, because the fridge can cause them to brown really quickly.
