Welcome to the Observatory — Location One in the Improbability Theory cycle!

We arrived at a long-abandoned observatory hidden deep in the mountains. Everything here seemed frozen in time, yet beneath the dust covering the old equipment, something… alien still pulsed.
This audiovisual journey will guide you across a detailed map of the first location, unveiling the story behind each of the four Theories, tied to specific sites.

THEORY ONE (The Observatory Building)
Entering the dome-roofed observatory, where a massive telescope once stood, we found the control terminal.
Everything was calm — almost peaceful.
We powered up the equipment to open the dome shutters and observe the stars.
But suddenly, we heard soft analog pulses coming from a dusty radio receiver on the table.
These were the first signs of a strange connection.
Theory One — a hypothesis of initial contact.

THEORY TWO (The Main Laboratory)
Inside the main lab building, we encountered something deeply unsettling.
All electronics began to fail, and the space around us seemed to warp.
We started recording, hoping to capture what appeared to be an extraterrestrial signal —
but then a blinding flash filled the room.
The signal was so powerful it disabled our recording devices.
Was it a first contact — or direct interference?

THEORY THREE (The Old Radio Telescope on the Western Slope)
Deep in the forest, on the western slope, we found an old antenna array — a forgotten radio telescope.
Time felt different here.
A violent storm began.
We stood in silence, overwhelmed by what had happened.
Questions multiplied. Answers dissolved.

THEORY FOUR (Control Unit of the Radio Telescope)
Finally, we reached the observation platform, overlooking the entire station.
In one of the control rooms, an old television switches on by itself every evening.
At first — static. Then — vague shapes.
The signal seems to reflect… us.
A strange presence watching from the other side.
Perhaps it’s a remnant of a temporal shift.
Or maybe we are the ones being studied.
