Pose Estimation with TensorFlow + openCV (pt1) setup

In this series we will dive into real time pose estimation using openCV and Tensorflow.
The goal of this series is to apply pose estimation to a deep learning project

This video will look at how to get setup with a tf-pose-estimation
clone the repo
create a conda environment
install the requirements
install openCV and TensorFlow
test the algorithm using a webcam
