Try This Fun Strength and Balance Challenge!

Join PFP instructor Angie Cervi for a 10 minute cereal themed strength and balance finisher workout. For today's props you will need a ball and some light weights. These seated exercises are designed to help fight against symptoms of Parkinson's disease.
