Challenges are a part of our spiritual journey and part of our transformation. Situations in our lives test and build our inner strength. All the sacred texts reassure us that wisdom and courage are within us. Letting go of our attachments to outcome allows the new self to be revealed. True peace is not found in external circumstances but within the depths of our souls. To fully manifest God’s peace within us, we must nurture our spirit through prayer and meditation. It is in the stillness that we tap into the peace that surpasses all understanding—that God-given gift that is always within us waiting to nourish us.
