Driver of the Year competition was launched to promote responsible and #safedrivingstandards among European business fleets.

420 drivers from 14 countries competed for the chance to win the ultimate prize of European Driver of the year in two categories - LCV/car and HGV. Europe's best business drivers were recently unveiled at the Circuit de Barcelona race track in Spain.

All of the regional winners enjoyed an exciting track day at the Circuit de Barcelona before the main prizes were handed out. Both driving performance and overall mileage were taken into account throughout the competition.

Driving behaviour scores were calculated by OptiDrive 360, a key component of the WEBFLEET #fleetmanagementsolution.
